Despite its wealth of research and practice, the successes achieved by applying psychology in organisations have not yet reached a wide audience. Steve Whiddett has worked hard to address this; regularly presenting at conferences and writing articles describing how Business Psychology is helping our clients. For three years Steve also chaired the profession's representative body, The Association for Business Psychology, helping with its restructure and developing its strategy for raising the profile of Business Psychology and enhancing the professional standing of its members.

WHE UK is also enhancing the reputation of Business Psychology through the values based partnerships it establishes with its clients and the holistic, evidence based solutions that it designs to fit each specific situation and challenge. Our tailor made support has addressed challenges that range from junior level individual performance to board level performance and from individual personal development to strategic organisational development and design. We identify what helps and hinders performance at all levels, we help define criteria to monitor and manage performance and we train individuals at all levels to make performance and its management the focus in their day to day work. We also nurture self sufficiency by training clients to work in partnership with our experts on projects both during design and in delivery.
